| Get rid of that telephone "hold the line" service. If the line is engaged I don' t have to pay. I can phone again later or use phone back. It's got to be better than listening to that music and being told my call is important! |

| Fasting blood tests only between 8am and 8.30am would help those patients who feel faint through lack of food. |
