Great practice which is well organised

our surgery is well proactive, and is frequently chasing me up about regular health needs- blood tests-and routine care. the practice nurses are excellent with ongoing support.- ot instills confidence

I particularly like the "graded" care service in place now, with access to nurses , practitioners & doctors according to need. It makes things much easier in getting timely access without tieing up resources inappropriately.
All the staff are very friendly. Nice surgery. Good telephone manner by all that answer.
Internet access for repeat prescriptions and to make appointments is very convenient and time-saving
the practice as a whole is excellent but particularly good with the children which makes visiting so much easier and i thank them for this

I suffer with Multiple Sclerosis and from this a multitude of other disorders are generated and I can always be assured that the team at Stalbridge surgery have a solution to the problem. Above all I can hold my head high in knowing that confidentiality is very high and I feel comfortable whenever I visit the surgery.
When I hear, from friends and relations, about GP surgeries elsewhere I realise how incredibly lucky we are in Stalbridge to have such an efficient and caring practice .

The surgery has a great deal to offer with various treatments to offer eg chiropractor , councellor etc.
We are blessed with an efficient,friendly and caring Surgery. It is always possible to get help when its needed, and waiting is minimal, normally the same day.
When suffering with chest problems a Nurse Practitioner arrived quickly, explained what she was doing, gave medication and then rang later to find out how I was doing . This happened on a couple of occasions and I am grateful for her care and concern .
The practice as a whole is first class,when I speak to freinds and family who live in different parts of the uk I hear horror stories,these do not apply to me,I think that I am very lucky to belong to your practice.
Both my wife and I have had only good experiences when attending the surgery. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and the level of care/expertise has been as good as I have had anywhere...and I have travelled quite a bit over the years.

We fairly recently moved to area, very impressed with standard of care offered to self and family. In a recent emergency a family member was treated particularly quickly and with commendable care and attention.

Stalbridge Surgery is excellent, and well managed in every respect. All medical and admin. staff are totaly committed to the patients.
I think the prompt service is very good and gives me confidence. I am happy with all the medication provided for me and the way in which appointments at hospital have often beeen fixed there and then during the consultation.
It's good that you send us reminders of smear tests, mammograms and reviews for repeat prescriptions etc
The nurse pracititioner service at the pratice is exceptionally good and this means that the doctors have more time for urgent cases, The nurse practitiioners have dealt with my care and are very considerate, caring and above all professional .

Always manages to get prescriptions out to local pharmacy so I get the medication within 2days

I had to visit the surgery alot 2 or 3 years ago, not quite so much lately thankfully . I have been more than satisified with the care and attention I have received. We are fortunate to have the practice in Stalbridge.
