| A longer session time ( on request) for discussion of specific problems would be useful workload permitting. |
| Dr Clayton treats me as an equal and does not talk down to me. I appreciate his 'man to man' manner and he tells it as he sees it. He explains his diagnosis and treatment clearly and susinctly with no frills or small talk. This style may not go down with everyone (maybe his lady patients) but this is exactly what I want from a doctor. |
| As indicated above, a mild criticism I have is that I would like a bit more discussion of the problem, and perhaps to be asked if there is any clarification I would like regarding prognosis and symptoms? Not just to be told what treatment is to be given . All in all, I am very satisfied with the treatment I have received over the years, and with the thoroughness and competence of Dr. Clayton. |

| The respect and care that we have had from Dr Clayton and all the staff that we had to meet was always EXCELLENT. Plus we are very lucky to have such a great Dr and Surgery and don't see how we could do anymore, stay as we are. |

| Obviously from the above I could not see how they could improve. Dr Clayton fits the bill exactly of what I think a doctor should be, however busy he is he never gives the impression of rushing you. |
