Up Station Road, turn left along High Street, to Ring Street and Lower Road. Turn left into Jarvis Way, picking up bridleway to Trailway. Follow T’way to end, then about turn and continue straight back to Station Road. Turn left and then right through Woodmills Close to Duck Lane, then right at top to cross over Church Hill. Up past Church, along Church Walk, turn left to pick up Grove Lane, and then footpath across to Pond Walk, down to Barrow Hill, and PO Corner, cross over and back to start.
Notes: Good surfaces, mostly tarmac, apart from footpath across old allotments (but this is firm underfoot). No stiles. Short sharp slope up past Church.
