A requirement of the Quality and Outcomes Framework is to survey our patients each year. We have recently sent out a detailed questionnaire to 300 of our patients who have visited us for an appointment in August and September 2006.

We selected 100 per Doctor.
Replies have been reviewed and a summary of these, along with our responses and areas where improvements have been implemented can be reviewed here.
