Stalbridge Surgery

In 2004 we undertook a patient satisfaction survey. Each person that attended the surgery during a 2 week period was asked to fill out a comprehensive survey. This survey was a standard survey, Improving Practice Questionnaire, used by many General Practices across the country which is purchased via CFEP-UK Surveys, www.cfep.net . Comments were also solicited and below is a representative sample:-

  • No improvement in my opinion could be made
  • An excellent practice
  • GP had very positive attitude to the patient. Maybe all GP’s need this enthusiasm
  • Everything is excellent
  • I don’t think that the practice could improve in any way
  • The practice is second to none, the care and consideration is excellent. I’m glad we picked this practice. The Doctor’s and Nurses are really caring.
  • Provide more disabled car parking, and more parking in general
  • Not to keep patients waiting so long in the waiting area
  • Improvements in obtaining appointments when needed.

The surgery will be running a further satisfaction survey in the latter part of 2005.
