Feedback on the website

We welcome your feedback on our website. A number of advantageous changes have been made following patient’s input, e.g. the addition of a small area for comment at the bottom of the repeat prescription screen for issues such as why ordering early.

We would be grateful to hear from all of you whether positive, neutral or negative both on issues of the website specifically and indeed on the general overview of the service the surgery provides as a whole.

Website Use

The website use continues to grow which we hope reflects the ease of its use and efficiency at providing the service that each patient may require.

The total contacts for March 2006 was 257, the bulk as always was for repeat prescription requests. This figure represents a great reduction, some 3000 plus, over a twelve month period of telephone contacts. This keeps the telephone lines available more for those who do not have the facility for internet access.

We have no plans at present to make this a regular newsletter. We wanted to thank you for your support on the use of the website and encourage your continued use.
