• Via our website EMIS Access – allows access to what we see on your medication screen, each repeat prescription medicine and its clinical indication are visible. By using this system to order repeat medicines it links seamlessly with your medical record at the surgery, allows you to tag a small message and allows you to see if it has been accepted
• By Telephone – our telephone lines are open through to the dispensary whenever the surgery is open, 08:45 – 13:00 & 13:45 – 18:00
• Repeat Prescription Slip – those of you who are on repeat medication will know that we generate a repeat prescription slip and this can be returned to the surgery by which ever means is convenient to request your repeats

Urgent Medicines

• There will be the occasional situation when you may have forgotten to order your repeat medicine, either at night or more frequently at the weekends. Arrangements can be made to obtain medicines that are deemed immediately necessary via the Out of Hours GP service. Telephone 0845 600 10 13
