Services Provided by the Health Visiting Team

Weekly clinics by appointment on Wednesday afternoon for advice on child development, immunisations, family matters and family health. Home visiting by team members to promote health and give advice and support on child behaviour, physical and mental health, safety within the home and to encourage the uptake of community services. Child development clinics are offered by appointment to all children at the ages of 8 weeks, 8 months, 2 years and 3 1/2 years.

Groups are provided for the use of post natal mothers, help with handling child behaviour.
Mother and baby group is held at the Stalbridge village hall (youth club) on Tuesday afternoons 2:00 – 4:00.
